We collect information you provide directly to us when you request a facility assessment, contact us, or otherwise communicate with us. This typically includes: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, job title, facility location, facility type and approximate size, and any message or notes you choose to send.
We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our website: IP address, browser type and version, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. We use Cloudflare for site delivery and security; Cloudflare may process this technical information on our behalf.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver a facility assessment, send service-related communications, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the website or communicate with you (for example, email and hosting providers), under contractual confidentiality obligations; (b) authorities when required by law; and (c) successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case we will give notice on this page.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email from us or by emailing privacy@greaterclean.com.
